I was wondering if there was a way to make maps for JO:E

Hey i was wondering if there was a way to make maps for JO:E. I made maps for BHD and now i have JO and the expansion pack and i would like to make maps for that. If there is can u please tell me where to go and get it?

The Map Editor is Called "NILE" and what stevie is saying is After downloading and installing Nile you have to update nile with the update.exe not your game update m8.

Also you will find its a lot different to the Med, Its a whole new editor and still in beta form, So Dont be suprised if it crashes now and again.

Just make sure you save regular or set the auto save so it saves every 5 mins or so, So if it does crash you dont lose all your work.

click that link and u can download it..

1) open nile
2) go to file prefrences set resource directory
3) now navigate to c:\program files\novalogic\joint operations typhoon rising\
4) click ok
5) new box appears saying "select mod resource"
6) select jox01
7) click ok

and now when you look at your items you should see the expansion items in there aswell.

hahaha this was a funny topic!

anyway. There is an awsome feature in the editor. It shure crashes as Sal said. But you go to File - Preferences - Set Auto Save... then you set the time, i set 1 minute becouse i cant stand losing much work.
