yea the VHS Vs the DVD are a lot better the DVD are but they do have their drawbacks sample DVD you may get uncut virision or a uncut nude seen's in it but a lot of the DVD do have extra items in them like Tome Raiders a lot of extra in it and other movies.

DVD extra's are a plus to me.

I got 328 DvD's lol I love em all but 1 of the best has to be alien one think it was one the frist flims ive seen scared me ****les too this day and age theres just tooooo many dvds and gr8 actors u could go on all day nameing good flims

hey whatabout box-set DVD collections. which ones do u like best? I love the LOTR: fellowship of the rings - 5 DVD box set that came with a pair of bookend Argonauts. Sweet!!!

The features in DVDs is what that attracts me first, & of coz' I have to watch the movie out first then I'd buy it. I love BRAVEHEART, but its quite a drawback when the features within the DVD is so limited. same goes to the LAST OF THE MOHICANS. I love those epic scale movies.

5. Troy - Brad Pitt, Eric Bana, Sean Bean, Orlando Bloom

i kno this is a bit off topic but i think video's will be dead in 10 years.. kinda rare in house hold's maybe they will still use em for security reason's.. but most ppl have dvd' players now..

VHS are ok if you going to record something to the tape, its a cheaper way. they still be around i think, till a DVD player deck comes out that can record to a DVD-RW CD till then they be around, only see Pc DVD Writer out none. i seen that are like a VHS Player setup.

Rambo Part II its a bet old but still a killer good movie action.
Lost Souls not that great some what ok.
The Sixth Sense yes right you have to watch it, the end its a killer. good movie, if you don't go to sleep first.
GODZILLA DVD Collection come's with 5ea DVD's to the set
1.) Godzilla Vs Mothra its ok.
2.) Terror of Mechagodzilla bad.
3.) Godzilla king of the moster's really good for a B/W movie.
4.) Godzilla Revenge totally bad.
about a child getting bullie by other no then to do with godzilla much at all mosly a child having dreams about godzilla
5.) Rodan seen better

first of all 2 Fast 2 Furious, Matrix : Reloaded, and Bad Boys 2 arent out yet(romeo must die is a sweet movie thogh, love those x-ray shots or whatever their called)

and second of all LOTR Both 2 Towers and Fellowship, Monsters Inc., ICE AGE are all great movies, the last two r really funny!!

VHS is stuff from the last millenium
i think i heard that a few weeks ago, the point was reached, where more DVDs than VHSs were sold (in the US i think)

anyway, get a TV card for 50€ and record movies with DivX.
any CPU >1-1.5 GHz should be able to do that in real-time.
With a data rate of ~600MB per hour you can have decent quality (far from DVD quality, but not far from VHS ;-)
then you can burn it on CDR. voila, no more VHS to record TV

yyyaaaaaayyy 2 fast & 2 furious is already in the market.... just bought it yesterday.

anyway... I've been looking high & low for BlackHawkDown 3 disc special edition box-set here in M'sia... but everywhere the shops says its outta stock. whatabaout y'all? the only way i could get it now is thru amazon.com. :P
