Rupert Murdoch & EA Games?

Has anyone else heard the rumours going around that media mogul Rupert Murdoch has his sites set on aquiring EAGames?

yeah i heard it earlier in the year, because Adelaide was until very recently the Corporate HQ for his mob we hear all the rumors ahead of time. Didnt know what to make of it, cant work out if its a good or bad thing :/

As long as he's not one of those liberal control freaks, I don't see a problem. If he's not, then I would say he would probably leave EA alone, just bring in a check. Otherwise, I would say he'd stick his fingers into the pie and probably muck up the process.

I wish someone with a brain would take over Novalogic...sometimes I wonder just what exactly Nova designers are thinking (if anything at all). They have good stuff, just misdirected.

attachment is a bet of history for them who may not know this guy Robert Murdoch you can do search in the internet by his name.

most part if he hate what he got into he trash it totally he don't care how it end-up at all. he all know what to do if there is team on staff he will fire them off the back with out a reason. he live by no rules he ether make the company run his way or it gone for it. many hate him for trashing many companys he got his hands into.

i really dont like the ID he trying to get his hands into AE Games at all.

Well he is an aussie (who tend to be more liberal than the US) and does own a lot of the worlds media, and he isnt exactly known for keeping things unbiased...

You have to understand that Murdoch, although he would own and control it and keep up to date with whats happening, he wouldnt actually run EA games himself, infact his MO is to keep everything as much the same as possible when he take something over.

Although i hope us aussies start getting the games at the same timeas the US when there released if he dows take it over.

He's certainly go the financial clout to buy EAgames as to if that's a good thing, well time will tell.
