Too much stuff.. site loads really slow.. What's the point of having flash? you could probably do the same with a animated gif, if you really think it needs animation. And the music.. how do i turn it off? All this stuff slows the site down to a unacceptable level.. and I'm on cable. Sometimes less is more.

I do like the layout, and colors.. the graphics are nice too. props for that.

Good site but it is pretty slow, maybe cut down on some of the "High tech" stuff. I'm on 3.5mb cable and a pretty nice computer. Sites slow and slushy, even after loaded.

Most likely, I have to download about 5 megs before the site is completly loaded. Maybe have it so the music downloads only if the user turns on the music?

The Site is hosted at Lycos, it's a free hosting, so that's why it's slow. For me however it's not loading slow cuz server is located in Holland. Anyway, I am already working on the flash music, just as u mentioned Panther, it just takes some time to make a nice menu for choosing a song, and to embed songs..... The top banner is 100KB in size, If I made it as a GIF it would have been about 70KB also, but I have links in the banner on top and some jpg's embedded (which make the file big) in it. I have compressed the jpg's as far as I could.
And yeah I wished I had my own php/msql server......

the site looks good just add some more links then advertise the site more so people will go to it.. and the site loads just fine.. i shouldn't know because i have cable but it should load that slow with 56kers.. It's their Own fault if it loads slow get new connection! and he lives In holland and I live in usa loads fine for me

you should use blue background and more color to the site.. but not so much that it doesnt look good. like use diff kinds of blue and greens Or something..

100kb will take a 56ker 15 seconds at least just to download that.. That doesn't include, the music, and the other graphics and other elements.


and gun, for someone that can't even make a sig, u act like you know alot.. I'm in the USA also, and on cable.. site loads slow, period, cause theirs too much stuff on it.

It uses a %-preloader...that should be enough.
By adding too much color the site will look cheap......u c any more colors on dfhq than blue and grey?......nope, but it's a greate layout anyway.
