little help with zigzag edge.....

Hi, I got a little problem with my sig, how can I get ridd of the zigzag edge? Before making the background transparent, it looks ok, but when The transparent is set, I get the zigzag edge.
I use psp7, But I'm not that good at making sigs with it. And how can I get a shadow under the Alien, so it looks like he steps out of the window......

Can some1 help me?

the easiest way would be to cheat a lil m8
make a background big enough for the whole sig to sit on but make it the same colour as the forum bg.this way you can get all the drop shadows etc etc

Or if you want to save it as a gif, when you save it make the matting color the same as the site.
