SERVER PROB,, everybody just dies

It says in the kill chat area that everybody (by name) dies,
then nobody can respawn, it basically freezes my server.
But it does not freez the computer, just the game.

It happens at different times and with different amounts of people in the game.

I run MasterAddon, DEM Remote admin, & LiveMapMgr.
I have a legit store bought copy of the game, & it is up to date.

Any ideas???
