this is the card i want for my computer, the thing is i cant find anywhere to buy it.

I look on newegg they have a few, next day, now they dont, i look on tiger direct and find one, next day they dont anymore.

they still show up on sites i search everywhere but there all out of stock, im really not askin for hardware help but if you copy the thread title and google it for a second and see a website that has one in stock please post it or pm me.

You could always just go for HD 2600XT, lose a little performance but gain DirectX 10 for the future.

I really dont know what my cpu socket is and I wanted to get a new processor, so heres my new question: how do I find out what kind of cpu socket my motherboard has?

go to google and search for siw, it's a utility.. download it and run it. find the model of your cpu or motherboard and post the model here or search on google for it.
