Is this suspicious?
I shutdown and then turned back on the PC, I havent installed anything new, But this poped up when I got to windows.
Could it be something nasty like a backdoor, I have done a scan and nothing is detected, But I think its strange its only just happend without anything new being installed.

does it do it every time you reboot?
it's very weird i would say :/ as far as i can tell, it's the commands to install a windows installer package from the command line. and i have no idea why it would just pop up sorry :/ run msconfig to check your startup proggies for anything that stands out. |

try clearing all startup items and if you see anything under add/remove that says Windows Installer, uninstall it
