New DF Tool

I developed a Java program, I named the program as Jace Remote Keyboard Control (or JRKC1.0). Now the version is 1.0. It allows a client remotely control a game server's keyboard and sending commands to the server.This is useful for people running game server remotely. It can work on any platform and with any game. Since I am a DFLW fan, so the program is configured to execute only DFLW command. Other types of command will be added if there are demands for that.
