Cool Photoshop Color Mode Question?

Hi which is the best color mode or Photoshop CS2?

RGB
CMYK
Lab
Multi-Color

So? And the bits-channel. Thanks.

RGB if you use the others, There are less options you can use.

Other than that I havent really noticed as I always use RGB.
