.. a dual AMD or celeron motherboard, with 8 agp graphics card slot, and four pci slots or more.


-for athlon AMD 64 bit series

tried, can't find a athlon 64 bit dual cpu motherboard i dont want celeron, this is for gaming, the reason i want dual cpu, don't ask, sounds cool

Why not just go for dual core? It's the same thing and most new motherboards support it.. Unless you think your going to put 2 dual core cpu's into one motherboard and make it out so you have like 4 cpu's no program would be able to utilize more then 2 anyways. Even the
dual cores' don't really have any programs for them yet. On top of that I have never read anyone building a dual core AMD system, only Xeon..

i think your crazy () or just got dual cpu's and dual core mixed up..

i dont think a dual cpu boards are available for A64's

certainly for Opterons and Xeons though.


withs with "8 agp graphics card slot" ? :/


yoyo panth, u seen the micro atx board with dual operton dual core cpus? effectively 4 cpus on one board

amazingly its for small form factor and supports SLI!! that'sa lot of heat in a small space

No I haven't ... I'm sure they will have no real use for a desktop though..

Is it just me or does it look like there are 4 sockets on that board?

they do make 4 socket boards, but they make a dual dual opteron board which is brand spanking new
