activation code don't work, email reg

i just installed the game and got the email to activate my account and type the activation code and my e-mail and it won't work????? say the code is incorrect?????

help! what or how can i play online?

ok it was the same thing with JOTR

there is only one way to type it in lower case type and no ----

the right way sample:

hfyr65et49sget8853zao

then hit enter. use lower case only ok, will work
when entering the key-code at novaworld.com add-in the key-code in the site.

will not work:
1.) HDYE-36RE-UTEW-583G-RIEWR
2.) HDYE36REUTEW583GRIEWR

it will always say the code is incorrect if type in above.

after DF: BHD some one really goof up the scrip on their site when you add-in the key-code to your account, DF: LW/TFD/BHD you type it as it is on the Cd case.
