Zipping

How do i zip a map and a notpad document into 1 zip file. I just finished some maps and I want to send them in but I dont know how to zip

Send a message via MSN to Matt
1. You right-click the file, select Win Zip, and click 'Add to zip file'



2. Make a new zip file by typing what you want it to be called after the /



After you do that go to your second file, and repeat step one. I hope that helped.

if you don`t have winzip a compressed folder does the same trick m8

Ok I followed the instructions and I followed the submiting map instructions and I submited my map yesterday and today when the BHD maps list was updated mine wasnt there, so I am thinking I did something wrong. Or did my map just not get put up yet

you can have the map & text inside a folder or now take your mouse left click-on hold it down you see a line drag it over them they are highlited now right-click on them 2-items you see a option "send to" in there is a option to compressed folder click-on it then that it.

i like winzip you can drag it into the zip-folder or plainly zip-it up.

Update: 05/13/2003
i found even a better zip-tool then winzip
ZipGenius total free have a lot of options to it too
even fix zip files that gone bad and more
"zipgenius pick your lanuage" then inter the site read all about it
