Memory for an old IBM

Any idea as to what type of memory and old IBM 300GL/PL (Not sure) would use?

Sorry bout bein picky but do they make them in more loaded modules? perhaps 128mb or 256mb sticks? As of now the computer only has 128 and could use more.
