Asking for help with VB

ok i just install vbulletin last night (late night) and I got home after work today and can not figure out how to install a design or theme/template for it, idk if its because im tired or because im stupid lol would someone mind directing me to a site for help or writing me a tutorial (this is my first time dealing with vbulletin also)
