Skin making, What do i need!?¿

Hey boys got another question for ya, I just had a sig made for me and now i HAVE to make one myself, What programs are used in making sigs? If its just a program that i need to get started on making sigs then could someone give me a link to a site where i can get it?...As allways any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks

Photoshop 7 is the best program out there right now. It is very pricy though, I believe it is running about $200 atm. Search google for free downloads. I got a trial for it and it worked nicely, but it is illegal to download the whole program.

Ok well looks like i better get started on learning Photoshop 7.0, I d/l'ed it a while back, Ooooops lmao Are there any tutorials out there on sig making by any chance? If not i will just have to start messin around till i figure it out lol i will search for a tutorial but if you know offhand where i can find one that would be great, I got 56k and it runs at 26.6-28.8 Gettin dsl soon though, But thanks for your reply.
