Bring Back COOP Thread

Seems Nova-Area has a voters poll on their website which shows coop play is second with 25% of the players do play coop. DF_HQ lets get this poll on your site also and players lets bombard Novalogic to bring back coop for TFD and also have it available for BHD. Keep up the good work DF-HQ.

I hate The Co-Op game type in the Delta Force Gaming Series. Ghost Recon Co-Op is really good though. Have you ever played it?

i dont think 25 ppl play coop but im suprised they left it out.

it is basically unplayable on the net unless u have 512 conenction at least.

LAN is ok though except players still cant see Helos except the Host.

Im pretty sure it will be here for BHD but i dont see a big patch coming out to insert coop - but Nova are free to prove me wrong.

I just think they were having to many errors and problems with there co-op's so they just left it out for MP this time.

I recently discovered Co-Op on LW......and i LUV it its good competing with other people there isnt as much calling of cheats and stuff like that......I am on 56k and there is a slight amount more lag then other types but its livable......if it gets bad i use grenades that seems to get em.....and i think its pretty popular...... it would be great stat coz there is a sense of comeradery (spelling?) instead of accusations and insults.......

I havent got TFD until the 19th here in aussieland.... but I might start a website sorta petition....
where you can post your Name/player name/ email

Agree. co-op is ace. Playing it on a LAN with some fiends, you can't beat it.

Hope Nova give us co-op soon. Especially in BHD.

SteveB the percentage which responded on Nova-Arena who play coop is 25% not 25 people. I run an ADSL server when I play and yes somethimes lag occurs but most of the time it is the map qhich causes it, and I recommend to my fellow friends who come on to play to obtain the make which makes it run even better. I get no more lag then any other form of DF game play. Sure 512 connection would be great, mine is 328/128 at present and will be upgrading to 728/384 in a month or so which will provide much better game play.The reason I run the server is yes lag is out there when you access someone elses server. A lot of people seem to run a modem server which is no good.
I usually run for a couple hours each night and have the same people join me in a good game of COOP.

Wise1 I have played GR and yes it is a great game, but do not like waiting for access into the game.

Panther not sure what errors and problems you are referring to, but the only error or problem I run into sometimes is someone gets killed and comes back as a ghost.

Just wanted to add a photo of myself cutting up some chow in the field during my touor in Vietnam. Served with Delta Company 3/8th 4th Infantry Central Highlands from October 1968-October 1969. Managed to retire from the reserves after 20 years.

Once, again, the patron saint of die-hard cooperative players, OTHELLO, has created a Patch that allows online cooperative play at NovaWorld!

LadyHawke from Sabre Corps received the patch this morning... Othello asked that Sabre Corps sponsor its release to the Delta Force Gaming Community. Needless to say, their map makers are hard at work, burning the midnight oil developing and creating a TFD CO-OP Campaign to release along with Othello's Patch.
