Hullo there my squad Fear Factory are in need of some talented and dedicated members. Has anyone get any hints how to get these types of members or is anyone interested??

im not that experienced really but i would suggest keeping an eye on ur server, havent got a server? well if u aint got one thats what u need. u need to get as many of ur members in it as u can so the server always has players in it, then it will attract other players. as soon as u see a good player ask if they have ever though about joining a squad. they may be interested and then visit ur server more regularly. this will give you a chance to check them out to se if they are suitable. simple in theory but taks a long time. maybe try to get known by playing as many matches as u can. spread the word about ur squad, like your doing here. i can post news on the main if u want, just ask. good luck
