Prize fund for DM tourney

Hey guys one of members has come up with a great Idea for running a tourney for money.
The idea is to have the first 20players put $10 in a the WYD paypal account and after 5 games we will do a pay. For Any comments or Question please come www.wyd-hq.com

it getting to be a biting on a game, think there rules to that can't be done, bad ID. you can use game Cd or a Prize of some type Computer, or even gave away a Game Cd of JO to the winning team, but not money online for the winning team.

you can ask for money to be detonations to the founds for the Prize to be given to the winning team, and state what the prize will be. but don't use money it self as a prize to go to the winning team, some countrys will see this a bitting game and there be drawback to it. a lot of trouble you be asking for and you can not pockit any of the money for your self.

check with your loca bank's and ask a CPA in your area about info on this, so you have all bases cover before you get into something that may not get out of hand ok. play it safe ok.

Thanks Chief ADFP, I also wondered about it being legal or not, But that is one of the reason you see a total prize fund of the total amount taken in. Nothing in it for the me personally. But If you have ever been to a stock car race or any event that has a prize fund like bingo it legal its there.
I'm in the USA so if anyone has any legal knowege on this matter please let me know like Cheif said better safe then sorry.

you know what it be cool the last 5 player get the Cd and that last one standing get something extra say "BHD keybroad" if there is found it this.

now if i under stand it one can host up to 150players in JO if you host a DM for that game demo it really be a work out. last 5 get JO Cd and last one standing it the BHD-Keybroad as a extry.

I Hope if they are playing in the tourney they already own the CD!! lol I want the first match to be on a small Scale, I think they can buy what ever they want with the money, Who knows maybe the money may help them pay for vent or their website. I got another server comming online this week Hopfully we can use that one, If not I can use the main one I use for JO Demo
