ShocknAwe Install and Play instructions

If you have downloaded ShocknAwe and need help with installing and playing, then this is the Thread for you!







--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Step 1
Right click downloaded file - choose properties, choose unblock.

Step 2
Create a new directory in your novalogic folder - call it ShocknAwe.
Copy entire contents of your BHD folder - paste into new SnA folder. NOTE: Might not work with TS Items (EXP1)
why- coz if owt goes wrong ya still gotta copy to play, coz ya aint gotta keep changing load-out, coz it aint gonna interfere with any other mod then, coz If you still want to play on a Nova server you can do so then - without being banned (REMEMBER DON'T LOG-ON TO NOVA SERVER WITH THIS MOD)

Step 3
Install mod to SnA folder (choose browse destination and select correct folder)

Step 4
Notice on desktop new files have been deposited
one of these is the shortcut (use this to start game)(it's called ShocknAwe)

but 1st
Right click shortcut icon - choose properties - change target from

"C:\Program Files\Novalogic\Delta Force Black Hawk Down\ShocknAwe.exe"/mod Shock_4_0

to
"C:\Program Files\Novalogic\ShocknAwe\ShocknAwe.exe"/mod Shock_4_0

Then
Change start in from

"C:\Program Files\Novalogic\Delta Force Black Hawk Down"

to
"C:\Program Files\Novalogic\ShocknAwe"
make sure you use the " " for the game to work

Then
Select change icon - browse to SnA folder - select (red)SnA icon (ok),(ok).

Apply

Games a good'un


When loading game i choose option - for public games and bypass nova log-in

REMEMBER DON'T LOG-ON TO NOVA SERVER WITH THIS MOD

To save making mistakes - use these lines to copy n paste into target and start in

Target = "C:\Program Files\Novalogic\ShocknAwe\ShocknAwe.exe" /mod Shock_4_0

Start in = "C:\Program Files\Novalogic\ShocknAwe"

Do it, its great!

New weapons, buildings and skins. Try the silent sniper rifle, under water MP5 or the crazy rapid fire shotgun, that'll make shotties only maps very interesting.

What did you do to get banned? Did you post spam?

How are you still able to post in the forums after you were banned is the thing I'm courious about !?!

well i say i am banned because i tried to run shock awe on nova after that i can not get on i have not run any thing i dont cheat so have no cheats on the comp maybe i just need to reinstall the bhd game

Now detected by the Nova server as an "unrecognized" version I recon.
