Back Pains

Well a few days ago, I was tired beyond belief and sick, (IWASNT DRINKING!!!) So I was up late and stuff, and finally was so tired so i walked down the stairs to go in my room and I fell down the stairs and asleep on the bottom of the stairs. So my mom moved me into my room and I woke up with EXTREME Back pains, I dont want to take meds or goto doctor, wat yall think

might be a pulled muscle, or a bruse or somethin,worst case senario would be a sliped disk, and could be the way ya slept.
if it get any worse of clear up in a couple of days id go see a doc just to be safe.

Right now its hard o breathe and i have to sit straight up to not feel anything

what sort of pain is it? sharp pain? large area? only hurts when moving in certain ways?

Its all of my lower back and its a tightening feeling

if its tightening then its more than likely a muscle been pulled at.

a few months back i had the same problem in my chest (dont know how it happened) but whenever i went to breathe in, move too much, it pulled, i just slept it off, with the help of pain killers.

but with most back problems id advise you to go to the doctors (even if you dont want to) just to be safe.

Well i may need to, I jsut got to point of crying about 30mins ago i couldnt breathe and my sides are really badly hurting

if it is your back that is hurt it is best to get it checked out as the back area is the worst ares to damage

ive had a similar thing with my back chels, i ignored it but it took ages to go away, i'd advise ya to go to doctors, but then if they just give ya some pain killers, tel em where to shove em =)

i'd say see a doctor ... not a quake chiropractic ..... a doctor .. sounds like just a pulled muscle .. but if it's something serious you could have pains for a very long time ..

Still not sure if i am going to dr's but i got tennis starting back up for me and trainer wants me to try to goto dr's
