online problems

a guy i play online with in DFLW is having a problem with his BHD game.

he says he can play it on his pc just fine but when it is loading the server page online it gets to 85% and just hangs.
he has dialup, and another guy is having the same problem and has cable.
he has tried just about everything including updating it ,uninstalling it,and reinstalling and updating.

ok, he said he let it sit and it finaly loaded, then it hung again when he changed pages.
he has a pretty good pc, 2ghz and 1gb ram.

ya, but 1 has cable and has the same problem.
the cach folder is in the BHD game directory,. it hold cookies from the main novalogic server pages.

I know a lot of people have had this problem recently. DFBHDPinger will allow them to join servers and if I'm not mistaken, you can find it in the BHD Downloads section on this site. I think this is a nova problem, nothing on their end.

Dont forget to check for viruses and spyware Mauser can cause it too!Also might try turning firewall off to see if it helps!
