Program Problem

Ok this is a weired problem I have been having with Photoshop 7.0 ever since I upgraded my MB and had to reformat my pc.

I install it , it opens up fine everything works except Blending Options. I right click on the layer to select blending options instead of the options box coming up it gose to the Hand tool. Once it gose to the hand tool it won't let me do anything else I can't even close ps I have to close it using the Task Manager.

CS works but I just don't like it . I need my 7.0 !!

Can anyone help ?

will i can say is try it again. unstill it, reboot system, do a scandesk reboot again, then after instill it fresh.

Windows 2000 family, Xp family, 2003
Start> Run> type in: chkdsk /F /R C: hit inter.

new windows come up press Y hit enter now reboot. when your backto desktop instill Photoshop 7 hope it works for you.

basic i think it was a bad instill thats all. all so let it update online will help make it work better too.

i would reinstall it to. just make sure you backup any brushes / filters you have added since it was installed.
