You have my sympathy Stevie, my arthritis started out as a disk problem in my lower back, (not that I'm saying you will get that lol) but I do know what a pain (literally) in the ass back ache can be!

Hope it passes soon and you can enjoy your day off mate!

good- time to look for a nice lady to rub your back
bad- you almost cant move to look for her....

good- i bought inline skates to get some exercise
bad- i feel stiff allready and fell once..hmmm. bruse?

good- enough time to play online games
bad- not many players in server

good- having plenty time to spam
bad- being tired..... so that is why i stop now
