don't know why your be gone here a copy of my:

hope it works for you. letting you know there no personnal info on my game in it and my game is BHD/TS so hope it works for you.

all you have to do is place it into your game folder the same place you will find dfbhd.exe is located in.

this is the info my has in it:
EARLYERR.txt file
Error: MMX compatible processor not found
Error: This Game requires at least 64MB of RAM
Memory initialization failed, check hard disk space
Unable to find file resources, missing CD?
Unable to load error strings

sound like the hidden file is enable on it or its been remove/deleted but then again you could run update it should replace it and if you using No Cd patch that will be replace with a stander dfbhd.exe

you do know this thread been dead for 4yrs now right?

run the update inside the game folder or re-install it

if you re-install the game
1.) unstall it totally
2.) deleted the game folder totally
location: C:\Program Files\NovaLogic\Delta Force Black Hawk Down
3.) restart your computer
4.) back on desktop install the game
5.) after it install update the game online or download the update from here on the main page look under DFBHD (Not in DFBHD-Team Sabre update)

if you have the DFBHD-Team Sabre then install it then let the CD install the update patch then go download the newer update for the game after

Did you purchase DF2 online through a download? Or do you have a cd?
