Hmm...
In Delta Force Black Hawk down sadly you can't make rain, i am confused too. I am sure that you can make something similar with rain, with wac files!
Thats what o know  !

You can use custom sounds of rain then using a wac file,
Creating the command FLASH and FAR FLASH also thunder sounds (BHD already have that) !!!
