I alternate upper and lower body every other day.

Upper body= benches, curls, flys, crunches

Lower body= extensions, squats, lower ab workout, lunges

I'm also starting back into my fencing (woot!) which means footwork.

EDIT: And funny thing about the footwork, you can be really "bulked up" and have a hard time doing it. I've seen and helped train big macho guys who, thinking it'd be a cinch due to their large muscles, are some of the biggest crybabies when it comes to fencing. "Ooo, my legs hurt. We're doing another one? When is it gonna be overrrr."

having the slide all the way out so u dont have to straighten your legs all the way, the proper way to do it is to move the slide as far under the actual weight as u can so u can get the full leg extension.

kids in my weight class at school try to show off on the leg press and do a lot of weight with the slide all the way out, then i tell them to move it in and they cant even get it off the rack

I know what you mean. There is absolutely no attraction (for me) to those buff women. Talk about a major turn off. Athletic and fit is good, body builder with leg size biceps is bad

Wow I just saw this.. but anyway i'm not really gonna post my weekly routine because it's just too much typing, but i'll post some of the stuff I do when I workout..

Max:

Bench Press: 3 @ 340 (raw)
Squat: 6 @ 385 (belt)
Deadlift: 4 @ 425 (belt)
Tricep Pull-Downs: 20 @ 200 (all the machine can hold)
Situps: 30 w/50 lbs behind my back
Dumbbell curls: 20 @ 75 lbs

My bf% is at about a 7 currently, I've been cutting lately.

Yea.. there's some other stuff but... this is good enough.
