I don't see why most people who are way active than me get lower than me in the beep test. I always beat most of the class.

I guess it's all about keeping a nice steady pace, and controlled breathing.

Beep tests almost killed me in school. I was never into all that 'keeping fit' crap hah. But now i am starting to.

Im lazy though, so i don't generally like working out.
