the thing is, he'll probably fill a report with the insurance company, or the police, or both, and they can find the person who did it that way, cause they always cross check hit and runs

will the sad thing is if they don't have any proof here the U.S they make the owner pay for it after the Ins companys pay back 3/4 of it to the owner only when they have the repair bills as proof of the work that was done to it.

again some times if there a police report and do the repair right away, they mostly jack his payment plane higher or drop him after all repair is done without notice. for any reason. like 30days later he get a notice in the mail about it.
