found various methods. one thing that suprised me was that its not an actual stream. anyhoo:

1. View the source code of specified webpage.
2. Look for a massive url in the source that looks a little like the following: /googleplayer.swf?videoUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fvp.video.go ogle.com%2?- Fvideoplayback%3Fid%3D21f406a4ace7?- 934%26begin%3D0%26len%3D289722%26i?- tag%3D5%26docid%3D-834148113925171?- 5982%26urlcreated%3D1131384101%26s?- igh%3DN01oaQf2SSOMRLS-ZwyF8TZKnjU&autoPlay=true"
3. Copy text thats after videourl to the first & mark (as highlighted above).
4. Replace charecters with the following: %3A - : %2F - \ %3D - = %26 - & %3F - ?
5. Paste modified url into a browser window and download the file (save file with a flv extention).
6. Download FLV Player to play video. >> http://www.snapfiles.com/get/flvplayer.html

click [My computer] icon.
On the window menu, select [Tools] > [Folder] option.
Select [View] tab
Select [Show hidden files and folders] and
Uncheck [Hide extensions for known file types]
Click [OK]

NOTE: make sure to let the movie download within the flash player before doing the following:
Head into C:\Documents and Settings\ User Name\ folder.
NOTE: User Name is the account you are currently on.

Double click [Local Settings] folder.
Double click [Temporary Internet files] folder.
Once in there look for the file name [videoplayback] and copy and paste to Desktop.
Change the file name to [videoplayback.flv] notice the .flv extension.

like this one::

n the Firefox address box type "about:cache?device=disk"
Then click on the item you want.
