I hope he wasnt stupid enough to have all the fans directed inwards. It will just blow cold air in where the warm air can't escape. Should always have your fans in two direction. One blowing air in and one blowing it out of the case.

hmmm, just dip it in water lol, i heard that story a guy sealed off his case and filled it full of water, and wondered why he kept blowing fuses, hmm to many dead braincells
