lol. . most the time when i call tech support they don't know .. i guess they have like some "google" thing with a bunch of problems?

meh .. the only time when they actully solved my problem when it was some dude from India .. and he knew his shit ... most the time they tell me stuff that didn't work but it helps in the process of fixin it ...
