So the new footer supports the house, while the concrete pad supports only the lower section of the house. Since our house was built in 1976 we cannot legally go back against the builder or seller for compensation. So we've had the to bear the cost ourselves.

Subaru needs to put some muscle into that BRZ. That thing would be amazing with 250-300whp. It only makes around 150 to the wheel right now. Still would be a fun car to drive.
