It seemed to work for me and is a good anti-virus.

will i disable DCOM i don't have a netword station setup in my home, seem a lot like to sneak in port 135, DCOM will if i do get more System setup in my home link lan setup i may re-enable it later on. most firewall will cover it. will have something running when i don't have any use for it. save a headacks.

you can always re-enable it later on if you like to with this tool. its one hole i close off.

Anti-virus programs:
Avist! anti-virus, Fix-it 5 anti-virus. only use one for E-Mail or you get error's.

i learn the hardway one may see something but over look and the 2nd one will catch.

I wouldn't take M$'s adware stuff for money...if I didn't need their OS, I would forget them forever.
