I had BHD on CD originally(never registered it or new about online stuff) then when I got the net it wouldn't work anymore so I bought it again from Nova. Different Menu music and I think the intro movie was different or not even there in tho old one

Until last week, all I had was my DFBHD and TS CDs, but the links to the downloads at NovaLogic's ftp section showed up in a post at NW2, so I downloaded them. The only differences I noticed were the disabled update button and the music in the credits. The intro film and pre-Irene video are in the CD version. And the new credits music is really good. Not as good as the MiG-29 music but, close.

Now I'm wondering if they repaierd the TS campaign missions...

If you play through the "Black Hawk Down" campaign, the missions become available one at a time as you progress, but you can't start the mission "Irene" until you've played every mission before it, and the very first time you click "New Mission" playing "Irene," the game plays a video explaining a few of the lead-up events to what happened in Mogadishu on October 3rd, 1993.

It's a lot like the intro video. You've never seen it?
