Structuring a URL to reach a device behind my router.
Hi guys, it's me again.
It's been a long time since my last visit. How's everyone? I'm getting old and more forgetful, and I know you guys are the ones who can help me. I got this camera that I watch my Driveway with & I've already opened the port forward for the camera. So, I've previously done this before with the URL, but for the life of me I can't remember how I did it. My internal address for the camera is this : Rtsp://userass@10.0.0.2:6667/blinkhd/ and my outside address is : http://xx.xxx.xxx.x.com So should my URL look like this: HTTP://xx.xxx.xxx.x.com./Rtsp://user...:6667/blinkhd/ I've tried it different ways and it didn't work. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! And thanks guys. Dave61

hey
the address just doesn't look right at all, not even sure you can have 2 addresses like that together but im not familiar with that camera kit at all found your original request for info while looking for an answer: https://blok.tiyun.de/2015/view-your...eever-you-want i kinda thought the address would be something like rtsp://userass@EXTERNALIPADDRESS:6667/blinkhd/ where port forwarding would be pointing 6667 to your cam address 10.0.0.2 tbh i'm kinda hoping seeing your original info might jog your memory, because i'm probably not helping much :/ |
