[woodworking] making style plate patterns

i have a routor
like to cut out nams and numbers in to a wood 10 "x 14" x 1"
using a wood router

but the thing is what can i use to make a template with to print it out with? on to paper to place on the wood as a template

MS-Word only go as high as 72 font size and i need it larger then that. more like maybe 250 font size like.

love working with wood.

back in 1982 had a buddy in the service who work with routers at Ft Ord Calif. but never got into it with him, he would show his work off to me and other. i was more into party type of guy back then.

are you using one letter per piece of paper? I'm not sure if you could use MS word to get it to that size. but would a letter the size of the paper be big enough?

MS Word can go higher than 72 Chief - just edit the number manually.

i try ms-word, but thanks
i did found out there is "text effects" in there as will that was something new to me lol

but still did not see it go any higher then 72

i can now sandblast into a stone to make signs up like a street address into a slate stone or marble. all so can cut into sheet of glass as will for sample a angle, animals, sexy things...ect as will lol

already have a portable air compressor max 180Psi

using a paper to print on to then cutout the letters or numbers, tape to a work place to cut into a stone, then sandblaster (still need to buy one) will rip into it and leave the paper be.

as for wood work router have to use a thine wood/PCs then cutout the letters/numbers use a jigsaw then sand paper the cut out edges and use the router drop the blade into the cutout template area, below the thine wood so the router blade is under the template to use as a guild the router blade is cutting out the pattern into the wood below.

i all so have a dremel power tool as will, sweet item to use for about everything under the sun, metal, wood, stone, drywall and sharping blades knifes, chainsaw, lawn mower blades and more. i can even make minnie Stone statue's as will
