network probs

ok, i have had a network set up at home for some time, i have been able to log into each of my computers for a long time, the other day i install the upgrade to win xp home edition and i can get into the other pc browse it but i cant get into program files on the other pc from my other pc like i used to could, it just comes up and error saying that the file is not accessable, u may not have permission to do so please contact your network admin to find out access permissions.

wth? i am the admin of my network and i havnt set any passwords or anything to stop me from logging into the program files section of the other pc.

any help would be greatly appreaciated.

what are the other OS system? you connecting with the Windows Xp Home

yup same on both pc, win xp home SP2.

tried everything i could think of, disable the firewall, antivirus, sharing the entire c: drive but aparently it wont let me share program files folder
