they are called Ground Hawgs and are directional tread patttern and wear like iron in the highway for my 2100lb 4x4.

Steve, with all due respect mate...I've seen snow like that in April lol. When you get 4-6 feet in one night, and school is still open, then let me know

PS..95% of the cars in the UK are standard. Don't use your brakes, down shift instead of braking and you'll be fine. Drive around in first gear, I swear to god, the only reason people have accidents is because they get it in their head that the roads are bad! I've rode my bike in more snow than is what is in that picture lol.

And that's so true.. I think people should have a slipping course next to there driving licence.. I did a slipping course with atruck, that was so much fun..

And it helps me wiht my driving in a car also.

that's the point tho, we get snow about 2 days a year max, no one has any practice at driving on ice, no getting used to it at all, no big tires, no studded tyres, few gritters, we're not prepaired, but why go spend millions of pounds on stuff for a couple of days a year? not much point really, we* might as well sit it out for 2 days

roads were ok today, managed to get behind a gritter with plow to get over the Peak District

I need some of those.I got a GMC Cannon 2004 and it slides bad because of the wheels.I have to put some weight in the back if I dont want it to slide on curves, usually its ok as long as im not going to fast on curves.Anyways the first day I got it over the summer like a year almost ago, the thing slid around one of the curves on a hill lol.Anyways theres a photo on my myspace if anyone wants to see it!I dont feel like posting it on here lol!Im lazy today!
