Sound Issues in JOTR

Ok i have noticed by the way it cant be the maps, but sometimes when playing my game crashes with a sound issue! All you can hear is the last noise u heard over and over!I checked the other post made on this and it said check to make sure 4 speaker thing isnt checked or 5.1 which may be my problem, although its not checked but i may have it!I know there are 2 speakers on my Alienware Laptop built in and i have 2 additional speakers hooked in would that coutn as 4 even though only 2 are being used at time?Im thinkign i may need to check the 4 speaker option in Joitn Ops what do you think from what i just said!
