are you able to make constructive posts? All posts of you i have seen the last 2 days are 1 sentence and asking thing tohat you actually could find out yourself by searching and learning.

Beleive that all the questions you ask will not help you to learn things, like i said before in a reply to your post, the only thing you learn is to keep asking questions.

And no not all sites are made with tables. There are frames also, but thats old, and there are iframes... But i doubt you know what i mean with them.

Okay like katana said, these posts are pretty worthless...there are so many answers, and it doesn't seem like you have actually searched for the answer yourself. Sorry if I seem harsh, but search google, check w3schools. Feel free to post questions, but put in some effort your self .

Okay for the answer:
Simply put, sites can be made out of just tables. However some coders will tell you that is bad. (I don't konw why...enlighten me?) and will say completely make it out of straight CSS using <div> tags and positioning.

you have to use some type of URL site tools there are a lot of them. think Panther and Steve posted up link to asker that already.

personally: Trojan make a lot of great sites up for all, only using bobble gum and wire, then he plug it into the wall will we see a lot of great sites light up from his deed. j/k
