I too have to agree with Mr T on his post as there always seems to be someone willing to forge or attempt to forge documents of every kind no matter what security protocols are instituted.

We've had them for, well i don't know how long. Only difference is that ours dont have a chip but a magnetic strip instead, which means it can be read in a creaditcard reader (well a magnetic strip reader) and means less complications in older equipment. It also has a barcode. And a photo of course! And our version of the social securtiy number, which is given at birth, its also inprinted on my "dog tag" and can't be changed nor removed in any way, its a life time number
