Google Ad blocking question

I hope someone can help me here.

A friend of mine is starting a website (Can't give the site name, so don't ask ) He has added two separate Google Keyword search columns, one on either side, of his page. He has also added a referral paid ad block in the bottom center of the site. But google seems to be taking words from his ad and using in its ads. He wants to stop that, i.e. encapsulate center ad's code from google ad code replication. Is there a way?

Thanks in advance!!

P.S. Everything is in HTML

Include on of the ad's in an iframe so google dosen't spider it when it's reading the page.. put the html file in another folder and disable the google bot in the folder.. it means putting a robots.txt file in the main directory... like: http://www.novahq.net/robots.txt

Think you can also make a bot.txt file or something and tell gogle what files it has right to access.

You could also make the paid ad a picture instead of HTML.

Well, he's not very conversant with the Web coding. I would've suggested P but he wanted to do it on his own in HTML.

Told him that! He went "huh? " So I took the "best" course at the time.
