FAT bullet is 1 shot 1 kill, you can change to on/off or 1/0 in the dfv.cfg file in game folder
fatbullets = 1 Look in the Localres.pff for weapons.def (using FwO PFF Utility) and Look in the Localres.pff for ammo.def (using FwO PFF Utility) Decrypt with BHD Tools (DeSCR,exe)
