Just go into multiplayer, click on host game, then give it a name, IE kick Ass, pick which map your starting with, choose cycle so you get a different map each time a game ends and new one starts, then tell your friends to click on multiplayer, join game, then look out for the one you are hosting "Kick Ass" and then click to join it, not sure about IP for it as i usually just look for the game name so i know we are all n the same one.
