Nickware Teamspeak Servers have been running for several years http://www.nickware.com/.

Rules for service.
1. Only one main channel for your clan/group.
2. Allowed a maximum of 5 sub-channels.
3. Channel Wipes! Inactive channels are automatically wiped every month. To keep your channel active, just put the current month code into the main channel's topic section.

I first used this when DF2 came out and have used this service on & off ever since.

My DF2 squad used this for games & practise, 5 sub-channels might not seem a lot but was enough for us.
c1 for general chat
c2 for team A chat
c3 for team B chat
c4 for officer chat
c5 spare

If it wasn't used for a while or someone just forgot to set the month code, it was easy to create another channel.
