will i think any major big city it should be a basic rule to tell people what to look for, as for the money will i think they are holding it back to invest it to make more on it then they let out what ever they made off it. NYC is funny when it come to money on one side they are cheap about letting go of the money for any reason on the other hand they don't like to talk about it.
