bhd update 1.5.0.5

im receiving an error when i try getting this latest update

FTP_ERR: Server responce 550 / pub/updates/bhdrev1/us: Access is denied

now i have no clue what this means, i do have the store bought game but run the no-cd patch,i also run anaconda,now is this maybe one of the reasons or is this just sumthin that happens say cause alot of peeps r gettin it?
