always check for update for:

1.) you windows type for updates: Oct,2003 new update for IE 5.5 & 6 patch is out.
2.) If you have Microsoft Office programs: 2000,Xp
3.) Antivirus prgrams you have:
4.) firewall you have:

5.) hardware like modem, video card new drivers:
6.) any other programs/ hardware: that are updated check them to: thats gose for printers,scanners,Tv-card,so on check with thier Mfg who made them.

mainly the top one 1-4 and your Video card's that are updated a lot.

agreed...ill have many updates when i get back to my personal PC...been away from it for a few months now

yea i am upgrading now to WIndows Xp pro this coming sat-day have to update the fool thing toboot what i under stand it going to be around 200mb to update it or lease reason i hope the new Cd have it mostly update if not i do it anyway. sad news i have to restill that other programs back in to update them all so.
