After careful calculation and countless computer models, the scientists determine impact will occur in Central France, virtually destroying the country. The French government, obviously in a state of panic, appeals to the world for immediate assistance in the form of all available vehicles, planes & ships to evacuate the French citizens. That's the scenario.
